Hi - I just reserved a car at FCO w/neverlost and am concerned what language it will be in? Has anyone rented from Hertz at FCO and can give me headsup on what to expect? AM planning on heading up to Cortina and the tucan/purgia region. TIA

Unfortunately, my company has not sent me out of the country yet to find out these things...hopefully soon.

However, I have played with the NL systems in some of the cars that I have received and seem to recall that there is a menu option available to change the language displayed.

Assuming it is anywhere similar to the recent NL setup, it should have a language menu and you can change it there. However, it might take a few minutes of poking around if you don't know the language it is in when you get it.

I rented neverlost in Rome last August. They asked my upon pick-up my language of preference. It is a portable version, you may not want to leave it in the car if parked insecurely. Another weird thing is that some of the street numbers it will still pronounce in Italian :)

my colleagues in America enjoy switching NL to German and having me translate for them  . They are easily amused....
