I have rented a car today from Hertz in Germany (Kiel).
Yesterday I was told:
1. to recive an Alfra Romeo,
2. 5 minutes later no Sir it will be a Mercedes ML (SUVchen)
3. Arrived today and was told they don`t have it.
4. So I got an BMW 3series (mere 100 km on it)
As I drove about 350km today, my back hurts terribly. I will have to do another 600Km over the weekend. I am not willing to get my back fXup becuase of a car that I do have to drive.
Question:
Does anyone know if that`s reason enough to have themat the station in Kiel change the car? I am a lowly Gold Club...
(I usually got;with Avis, Mercedes C or E class and no back pain at all. There is no cushion inflation avail with the little BMW)
