jetBlue slip down to number 2, but still did alot better than most airlines in the 2006 AQR.

Hawaiian Airlines was not included in earlier years, so jetBlue's ranking relative to other airlines has not changed. This ranking is based on a mathematical formula involving denied boardings, complaints, lost bags, etc. It will be interesting to see if February 2007's crisis affects next year's ratings, or if it will just become a blip.
