MilesBuzz! - Free Ticket Vouchers & FF Miles Honored Under Chapter 11?

I have three free ticket vouchers (from bumps) on United and am wondering if these vouchers would still be honored should the airline fall under Chapter 11....or would it be wise for me to ticket these vouchers as soon as possible. I'm also wondering how safe our frequent flyer miles are going to be following a Chapter 11 filing.

I just lost over 30000 reward points from NextCard Visa after that company filed for bankruptcy a few weeks ago.....and am hoping the same fate doesn't await my United miles and vouchers!!!
