Air New Zealand Air Points - Finally checked in but BP doesn't show my membership NO.

I finally checked in my flights online for NZ flights, however, all my BPs don't show my membership number at all. So I called the 0800800737 and was told because my membership is not NZ membership that's why they don't show on my BPs,and they have got my membership No, in my bookings, is that right? Maybe it only happens on NZ's internal flights BPs I guess. Can someone give an answer?

I'm a TG silver member currently.

If you have status (at least NZ status), it doesn't shown your membership number.

All my BP's say either:

NZ*G FQTV NZ
or
NZ*G FQTV NZ KORU

Don't have experience with non-NZ status printing, but if it shows e.g.

TG*S FQTV TG

I was wishing it showsTG*S FQTV TG but nothing on my BPs at all, just blank really. I called them and was told they have got my NO. in the booking, but why it doesn't show? How odd!!!

Just looking at a couple of non-NZ status domestic BP's now.

1. Special Information has: TG*G FQTV TG

2. Special Information has: Krisflyer number
