Hilton HHonors - Any promotions to maintain gold?

My gold status expires in a few weeks, and I do not have nearly enough travel booked to maintain gold status.

Does anyone know of any promotions, shortcuts, specials, unique situations, etc. that might help me?

Call up and request a challenge. They are usually fairly accomodating about it, for Gold or Diamond.

Hey Gang,

We are headed to NYC over the Sept. long weekend. We will be takling in a showing of Grease at Brooks Atkinson Theatre on Saturday night (256 West 47th), and was wondering what some good options are for a Hilton.

I see, in order of proximetery:

- HGI Times Square
- Doubletree Times Square
- Hamption Inn Manhattan Times Square North
- Hilton Times Square
- Nilton Club
- New York Hilton
- Waldorf

We will be doingt he tourist thing Saturday during the day and all day Sunday. Any suggestions? Any great dining ideas in the area... Nice dinner Saturday evening and more bistro/lounge/wine bar for satruday day and sunday?
