The new Homewood Suite near princeton univeristy is wonderful. I was forced to locate a hotel on very short notice and was able to secure a very reasonable weekend rate of $80. Plus the bed, room, kitchenette everything was great. I thought the staff was very very good. This is my first stay at a Homewood Suite but will probably consider it in the future as a very viable option.

Hilton Philly Airport - Parking lot was crazy crowded and I got there at almost midnight. I guess there was some unplanned party that just sort of showed up and offered a bunch of money to use one of the rooms. The night staff was wonderful - got me in my room, charged my cell phone (i forgot my charger) and found me a parking spot by move a bunch of cones out of the way to let me park in the grass. The hotel was older but was in very good shape. I thought the room I was on the 9th floor was really very nice. It was clean, in good repair, etc. It was also pretty reasonable for a saturday night at only 100 per night.

I have stayed at the PHL Hilton twice, once during the US meltdown a few weekends ago. Both times I enjoyed my stay. After being routinely abused by US employees @ PHL it it a welcome change to encounter staff who deliver the goods withot a healthy dose of attitude.
