about IATA, e-ticket?

1. is a e-ticket info save on IATA?
2. what is the e-ticket numering system details?
3. how much to e-ticket numbering system charge?
4. can i see my eticket information on IATA web site?
5. etc. etc.....

From your questions, it appears that you do not understand what IATA is (and what is not), so I would recommend starting at http://www.IATA.org

1. IATA does not issue (or "save info" for) tickets (electronic or otherwise) and never did.

2. The numbering system is exactly the same for paper and electronic tickets:
[3-digit airline accounting code] + [9-digit document number] + [1 check digit].

IATA is a good source.
