With respect to <a href="http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=667606">this</a> thread, I phoned B6 reservations to try one more time to make a reservation for the BOGO Amex offer without having the primary flier be one of the pax. It was a no-go. For reasons elaborated in the post linked above, I think this is a ridiculous policy so I asked to speak to a TB supervisor, only to be told that one would not be available until 9am MST tomorrow. The TB dep't is open until 11pm on Fridays; how could a supervisor not be available across the entire dep't? I am never one to cite last month's mismanagement issue, but if I've ever heard of mismanagement, I think it's right there, in not having supervisors available during operating hours.
And for anyone wondering about the BOGO Amex offer restricting one of the pax to the primary cardholder, a B6 supervisor in Customer Service said that she knows that restriction was imposed by Amex, not by B6...
