I recently had a rewards stay that did not post for 10 days. I contacted the Gold Desk and they posted the stay credit along with the My Way prefernce points. Today the stay posted, along with the points for my room charge and all the gold & am express bonuses. I have not checked my am ex bill to se if I was actually charged. What to do? If I am not charged it's all good but, if I was charged then I should get my points back or a credit issued. Has anyone had an experience like this?
