Travel Technology - TomTom 510 or 700

I am looking to buy a TomTom, and I found them refurbished

The 700 for $299 and the 510 for $311

Is the 700 better?

Why would it be cheaper? :confused:

Any experiences with either?

I have the 700 and really like it. Bluetooth enabled and you can add Europe and UK maps.
