Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - HKG -> PVG - Mileage Accrual Question

My apologies if this has been asked before...

Am looking at HKG -> PVG later this year. A quick look at CX schedules, and most flights seem to be operated by DragonAir.

If I book one of these flights on CX.com, will the flight be eligible for miles on AA? Or, do I need to stick with a flight operated by CX?

No, Dragonair CX codeshares do not earn AA miles. 100% certain of that.

How late in the year? At some point, KA will become part of the oneworld fold.. but we'll see exactly when that happens!
