Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - CX flights not showing up on Expertflyer?

I wonder if there is a reason for this - CX flight availability and seat maps are not showing up on Expertflyer. I tried last few days of March, some days in April, for flights between HK and YVR or LAX. eg HKG-YVR on 30March.

Any insight?

I'm seeing the same glitch as well...I did look up AA codeshares for the same flights and they are showing up...so it's not EF system wide; at least not yet.

I see the same problem. But try looking without specifying the airline and you do see the CX flights (for the ones I was looking for anyway).

I suspect this may be something to do with the mess that some systems have been getting in with timezone changes around the world this year.

Noticed the same thing yesterday and early this morning (+8 GMT), but seems to work fine now with CX flights.

The link between SABRE and CUPID has been going up and down the past 3 days... so that may be reason. You may be able to book some CX flights, but most likely not be able to view a seat map.

Presently we see no problems. If you believe the problem still exits please email customercare@expertflyer.com with the details of city pair, date/time of departure, and whether or not you are specifically specifying CX in the Airline Code box.
