Hilton HHonors - Canada Triple Miles

There seems to be a triple miles promotion at some Canadian properties (such as the DoubleTree Montreal) until end of May (one of the rates available is "Canada trpl miles") but I can't find the terms and conditions anywhere. Does anybody have more info on this?
