JetBlue TrueBlue - Suggestion for next tail design: Big "L"

Since planes don't have foreheads. Trying to find out if the latest east coast mess will affect my LGB-OAK flights, and, of course, nothing on the website and no ability to talk to a SLC desperate housewife. This outfit is going from bad to worse...although that city pair is most convenient for me, I find myself going into SNA or LAX on WN because I have a reasonable expectation that I'll get there on time whether there's a weather issue elsewhere or not. Almost to the point where I'll bag B6 completely and sacrifice the convenience of using LGB because the airline is unreliable for business travel (which is your most lucrative customer base, B6! - oh, wait a minute, the B6 rep has vanished from this forum). What a shame - the product was great when it worked.

All LGB-OAK flights are operating on schedule for today. Those aircraft are independant of the east coast weather today.

You can dislike or even hate the airline, fine, but how about a little respect for people who are just doing their jobs. The airline has it's failures, call the process names, call the people that came up with the process names, the customer service reps are all just trying to make a living like the rest of us.
