JetBlue TrueBlue - I got my compensation e-mail(s)!!!!!!!

I must be one of the lucky ones, but I got two emails in the middle of the night (one timestamped 2am, the other 5am something or other). The first is my additional compensation for my wife's United flight that got her out of BOS when B6 wouldn't and the 2nd is the regular compensation (the amount I paid for my ticket towards another trip).
So, not *exactly* when promised, but close enough in my book. I'm not sure why they waited till the very last second, but alas, I did get my compensation and everything I asked for. Must give credit where credit is due (cheerleaders please take note). ^

Well i'm glad you recieved what you asked for, I am sorry that it took so long to get it to you. Hopefully the others that posted on here will recieve their compensation shortly.

I sent my letter the weekend of the troubles, so maybe they're processing them as they received them? I'm not sure. I also got home last night and we had a phone call from B6 informing us that a check was in the mail. ^

I received my e-mail as well. It doesn't say exactly *what* I'll be getting, just that I "do qualify for voucher compensation under our Customer Bill of Rights and you will receive another email very soon confirming the exact amount of your vouchers."
My e-mail is stamped March 16 12:33AM PDT.

well, i called 1-800-JETBLUE yesterday morning and she told me I would receive a voucher equal to 2x what I paid for my one-way trip. She actually gave me the actual voucher number, which I don't think she should have because the e-mail I received at 6:11 PM EST yesterday indicated only my confirmation number and said that it is not redeemable on-line.
i also received an odd e-mail at 3:16 AM today that told me I did qualify for compensation, but that I would get details about it in a later letter, even though I, personally, was lucky enough to have already received that information (twice!) Way to flood my inbox, JetBlue, when some people still haven't heard anything at all.
BTW, my speak-up letter was sent Feb 20 and I was told I would get a reply in 5-7 days, but that didn't happen. They have yet to personally address my litany of concerns and that upsets me. I'd rather them take to heart my observations and suggestions than just receive some JetBlue vouchers that I may or may not use based on their current performance.

sulsk, It's interesting that you only post on the forums when things go wrong. If you think ONE auto-generated email is "flooding" your inbox, all I can say is WOW!

i don't want things to go wrong! it just so happens that every time i have an interaction with your airline, something happens! the beauty of the internet is that other customers (and the media) can be informed when making decisions!

I drafted another 'Speak Up' letter yesterday night since the March 15th deadline was coming and almost going...until I got the 'Your Compensation from Jetblue' email at 11:33pm indicating that I will be getting a voucher. Wow, Jetblue, that's cutting it close, huh? BUT...I will have to say...I appreciate the voucher and it restores a little of my faith in your airline. Seriously, this whole fiasco was probably the worst travel experience ever, but I know things happens...so I'm going to be positive and move on... Thanks, Jetblue.

How many people got their voucher email? I just got the 'you got it, but more info to follow' email. Just wondering how much longer we have to wait since I want to book a flight asap!

Got it yesterday, but still not happy. Our flight was delayed then cancelled (yes, cancelled!!) and then reinstated again about an hour AFTER we left the airport. We just happened to find out that the flight was reinstated after we called them to get our refund since we were told by the gate agents (and even the website) it was cancelled. What a fiasco! Now, they only compensated us for a 'delayed' flight instead of a 'cancelled' flight?!?! ARGH! Not right since the flight was cancelled for me and my group since 1) they told us it was cancelled and 2) we never made it onto the flight.
