Asiana Club - Where are the customer service desks or transfer desks in FRA
Will connect from a non *A carrier to OZ in FRA. The connecting carrier will not be able to issue BPs onto OZ as I was told.
Does anyone know where to find a CS or transfer desk in FRA which can print my ongoing BPs?
I hope that it is not the LH desks which do this for OZ at it will be ways faster to leave the sterile area and go to check-in rather than wasting my time at the LH desks.

In a similar situation a few years back it was indeed LH who issued the BP for me. Things might have changed but it's doubtfull that OZ mans anything outside normal chech-in times.
Good luck....

I am in Toronto (ON, not NSW) at the moment and can't wait to get back to Sydney.

There was a short note in a newspaper here the other day about a guy who wanted to visit his GF in Sydney and used one of these braindead new "easy to use" webengines to find the cheapest fare.
Trivially, the flights to Sydney NS were cheaper than the flights to Sydney NSW. He noticed when he changed to a prop plane within Canada...

If you're a SEN you should be able to do it at the Senator or business lounge - generally little queues there.

In fact, you go to the gate, and they do it there. I did this last week and it was fine.

I owe a summary here: the transfer desks in FRA are incapable of doing it!
As I had enough time, I strolled out in hall A and had a check-in agent issue me the BPs. Had a brief fight with the lady who wanted me to queue in the line where they check your check-in luggage as I didn't have any luggage with me.
Later at the gate, they were issuing BPs for connecting pax. So that seems to be the way to do it in FRA.
