Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Deals In Paris France Sixt Or Europcar ?
hey everyone
i am traveling to france on march 19 for a month and was looking for deals on rentals
everything seems to be very expensive
i use to be renting a lot with sixt when i wan living there but the prices seemed to have changed a lot so if anyone has any idea how to get good deals in france i'll appreciate a lot

I would go with Europcar using a Accor/sofitel promotion code!43986181
thanks but this code is more expensive thant the regular europcar without any discount
actually i found a pretty good code for europcar in paris
44752726 but you have to put france as your country of residence
but i think i'll still rent with sixty beacause of the upgrades (platinum card)
if anyone knows a way of getting good prices with sixt i am here
cheers
alex

Have you tried Hertz using the Amex Plat CDP and the WEG Rate Code? I had a reservation for 22 days in Nice with Sixt and was determined to try them until I found that combination will actually save me over 70 euros for the rental.
Cheers,
Adrian
the amex plat combine with the WEG rate com'es out 780€ monthly for a D category (laguna , 407) which is way more expensive that the sixt platinum rate
even europcar is only 680 and they have the new alfa romeo 159 (which i love)
so if anyone has any better idea it would be great

Those sound like some pretty decent rates. You must be doing something very different than when I tried. I have never found a rate even close to that on Europcar. Even my Sixt discount, or the HappyDigits discount, doesn't give me better than that. Oh well, you can always try Priceline too.

Sometimes it is possible to get a good deal from the SNCF website
