Thrifty - Thrifty YVR?

Has anyone rented from Thrifty Vancouver airport? How's its service?

Was absolutely fine last week... No one standing in line, lady behind the desk friendly, no upsell attempts, vehicle was clean and was brought to the door of the rental office so I didn't have to go walking to find it, no issues when taking it back three days later. I got what I reserved but they were short of cars though... Rental desks are on the lowest floor of the short term parking garage which is outside the Canada domestic-flights terminal, maybe a five minute walk from the International/US-flights terminal. Only booked because my usual Hertz didn't have what I wanted and I was slightly concerned about Thrifty, but it was all good.

Rented from there a couple of weeks back. No problems or hassles and generally friendly service. As the other poster said, the desk is across from the domestic terminal, so it's about a 5 minute walk from intl arrivals (across the garage and down a few steps). Cars are right outside from the desk, no shuttle needed :D
