Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Payless Car Rental Experince at EWR

Has anyone rented from Payless in EWR? How was the experience? After reading the posts of other locations :eek:, it makes me want to cancel my reservation for this coming weekend.

I have rented from this location and I can tell you they have some very old, very used cars. I rented a full size from them and had a flat tire about ten miles up the road - and when I called them for help they basically told me to get lost, it wasn't a "Payless" problem.

And I understand this, but I thought maybe they would give me a break since I was only ten miles down the road and probably there was a problem with the tire as it sat in the lot.

They were very rude, very abrupt with me - a typical NJ experience from a low end service provider.

Travel up that same road just a few blocks and you will find Enterprise - for a few dollars more they run a much better operation.
