Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Regional or Long Haul J seats

SYD - HKG flights on A330-300

Are the J seats Regional Cradle seats or Long-haul Flat (if slanted) beds or is it variable? Seatguru shows both seat type on A330-300

Long-haul skybed (and very rarely substituted). Sometimes it looks like CX competes more with QF than with SQ.

Are the seats on the A330's to MEL also long-haul or regional? Will it be the same in July??:)

All SYD/MEL/ADL flights are operated by 3 class A333 aircraft. These have F and longhaul J class seats.

But will not feature the new new F/J products currently being retrofitted on the 747s yet.
