Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Alamo in Marrakech, Morocco

Just booked an economy car, manual trans, no A/C, from Alamo for a few days in early April, out of the location at Marrakech airport. Alamo had the best rate of the major car rental companies, and I used the 25% Costco discount. Worked out to < $45/day all in.

Anyone ever had experiences renting from them there, or elsewhere in Morocco? Do you always get the exact car you reserve, or as is common in the US if you book the very smallest car, do you end up with a larger car?

Anyone have any coupons or coupon codes that work in Africa, on top of a base rate discount? Either $$ off or guaranteed upgrades?

I looked at Alamo's website, the $45 day is about right .. but it doesn't include CDW and theft!

I need a car end of March and have checked other companies. You may check Sixt, there rates are good too and include insurance.

BTW, in such countries I never expect a "great car" or a bigger car. Even with Hertz I have gotten lousy old cars (in Naples, Italy, Dom. Rep., Mexico and Bahama)

I doublechecked with Visa, and the insurance that comes with putting the car on my Visa covers me from the first dollar even in Morocco.
