I am just realizing that I didn't receive any miles from the italian online boolink promo yet.
However, I just registered on Feb 28th (very early), booked two AIRails few minutes later and did one trip on the same day, one later. None of the italian promo-miles showed up until now. Somebody out there with different experiences?
