Amtrak Guest Rewards - ** VIP * In Reservaton

The other day I booked a reservation at the Club Acela Lounge.
The agent was nice enough to print out the reservation and next to the price is the notation ** VIP *.
I cannot imagine that AMTRAK considers me to be a VIP since I rarely ride the rails and the few times that I have were mostly booked through CO with a rail segment operated by AMTRAK or a smattering of Acela tickets(maybe 6 over 3 years).
Could this mean something else?

I don't quite get the "booked a reservation at the club acela lounge". The lounge is the first class waiting area for passengers booked in first class in certain stations, like Union Station in Washington D.C. (which you don't need a reservation for) It is not a category for train travel. Can you explain?

I believe that Dan was already in the lounge for one reason or another, and while he was there he had the agent behind the desk make a reservation for him for some future train travel.

Sorry....I guess that I was not as clear as I could have been.
I was in the lounge(using my PClub membership for access) waiting for a train and while in the lounge, I asked the agent behind the desk to make a reservation for me.
I apologize again if I was unclear,
Dan
Perhaps this is like the "VIP" that shows up on CO baggage tags under the flight number (I assume when you've got status; I wouldn't know otherwise)? If you're attaching your OP acct # to the ticket, perhaps this is why.

Interesting idea, I did not link the two together but that might explain the VIP in the reservation.
