Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - upcoming buiness class trip Asia-US. any promos, bonus offers etc?

My Dad has an upcoming trip in Business class from Asia-US on Cathay. Any promos, bonus, etc that he could benefit from? He doesnt yet have an Asia Miles account (or any other partner account for that matter...). Thanks!

I have not heard of anything. When is your father traveling? Sometimes promotional offers will not be available until 1-2 months prior to departure.

Also try calling your TAs. See whether they have their own packages.

If your dad has no account whatsoever , and intends to travel frequently from hereon, perhaps he may be interested in joining AA Advantage, with its Gold/Platinum challenges.

One roundtrip in Business Class can earn him Platinum status for a year, with all future Oneworld qualifying flights earning 100% bonus miles.
