When making a reservation for my parents, the confirmation on the Alamo website said "non US citizens require passport".
My parents are here from Canada without a passport (a passport is NOT required for land crossings) - are they going to have a hassle with Alamo when they present their Ontario drivers license?
Alamo is the only company that seems to have this requirement. I can book them with National, Avis or Hertz, but the price would go up, so I would rather keep them on Alamo if possible.
