Anyone have information/experience on how ASIANA handles customers that had items stolen from their luggage?
Stolen were an expensive MP3 Player and a brand new expensive genuine designer bag. Another expensive bag that was more used and other cheaper items in the luggage were not taken. When we arrived at the house, we noticed that the lock (one of those special locks that the TSA could open) was missing.
This was from a flight from Manila, Philippines to JFK, New York with a stop over/change plane in Korea.
