Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns - Frontier website redemption problems

Anybody attempt to redeem their miles on the Frontier web site? Anybody ? Hello...(crickets chirping)..!! I know getting an aisle seat and actually keeping it is very difficult for Frontier but their recent lame attempt at Award Reservations is pathetic....really pathetic.:confused: Even the dolphins, penguins, and the fox are embarrassed.

I redeemed miles from DEN-Cabo, no problems for me.

I redeemed online for an aisle seat DEN-LAX, no problem. What specific difficulties are you having?
