Marriott Rewards - Tell me about these two properties

Well I am going to be heading up to DC next month and have been trying to decide what hotel to stay at. I have narrowed it down to the Courtyard Arlington Rossyln and the Key Bridge Marriott. I was hoping that some of you out there have stayed at one of these properties (or both) and could tell me a little more about them or which one you think is better. Also, for the record each has the same rate, so the only difference in cost is paying for internet at the Marriott.

Also, I have heard that there the Marriott is being remodeled, yet Marriott.com says that was in 2004. Anyone know the story behind this?

Thanks!

I don't remember much posted on the CY there in Rosslyn, but the Key Bridge Marriott has had a lot written about it. Here are some threads you will probably find interesting:

Key Bridge is right off the river. The views from the top floors can't be beat.

CY is several blocks away, and (unless you're lucky) won't generally have the views.

I had found that second thread, but not the others. Thanks for the heads up. ^

Well I am going the el cheapo route, so I am not paying for the rate that has a river/city view. However, on that note, what does anyone think about the odds of getting a river view room at checkin? Also, Im thinking that hotel might be somewhat booked up, as they cant guarntee king sized bed at booking.

Still trying to find some info on the CY......everything I seem to find is on the Marriott....
