Asiana Club - Couple of questions

Has anyone gotten the Asiana reservation automated fax feature to work? It recognizes my reservation number but I never get a fax. I have tried with and without the 1 before the area code.

Also not that worldspans seat map site is down, does anyone know of a site that shows Asiana seat availability?

OZ doesn't publish seat map in any system. You need to call OZ. :(
