SYLVESTER Stallone will probably be allowed to leave Australia today, despite being under investigation for attempting to bring banned items into the country.
The actor had several items confiscated by customs officials at Sydney Airport late on Friday night.
Even if summonsed to appear in court, the star of the Rocky and Rambo films would not necessarily be detained in Australia, a spokesman for the Australian Customs Service said.

I've had my share of customs brutality (http://www.cathaytalk.com/showthread.php?t=2265) at SYD.

There was apparently a second raid tonight SYD time, at Stallone's PH hotel room, and then his jet to Thailand (tomake Rambo 4?) was delayed 3hrs while the plane was searched.
