Miles & More (Lufthansa, Austrian, Swiss, and other partners) - SQ LH transfer at JFK

LH and SQ share codes to and from JFK. On full Y, J, or F you could i assume move between carriers - what about on reward travel ?? - at present i am flying on the LH 11.55PM on an F reward - could i move to the LH codeshare ??

I do not think so. I tried that several times. Once (about 18 months ago)I flew on a F LH reward SIN-FRA, and my wife on paid SQ/SR/DL RTW F ticket. We were boopked to leave within five minutes of each other, and both flights were code share SQ/LH. Both flights were half empty in F, but neither of the two allowed us to fly together.

Zorro, considering your wife had a revenue ticket, shouldnt she have been able to use that ticket on any *Alliance carrier? It seems very strange she was not able to join you on the carrier where you had the award (unless she had already done all her intercontinental segments with that carrier she wanted to get on).

Probably it was not so easy since it was a RTW and not a "full fare" ticket.

It was not a *A RTW ticket, but a SQ/SR/DL ticket. Do not know whether these still exist. Also, I think that SQ was not yet *A member then, only had Codeshare with LH

the SR/DL/SQ rtw tickets are not offered anymore.
