Sorry, SQ-experts, I did a search but nothing came up.
I'm on SQ326 on March 17 and just want to know if this route is equipped with new J class by then.
Thanks for your input!

As far as I am concern the answer is NO!. SQ will fitted the new J class to FRA on May onwards. I hope they are going to do this for other fleet as well, like 777-200ER.

Tough luck! SQ326/325 will not get the 77W until May 1, 2007. Hence no new J when you travel Mar 17.

Unfortunately, this is true. No new J on SQ325/6 until May 1.
I just returned on SQ326 after having flown to SIN via Paris on SQ333 to try the new J seats - what a letdown the SpaceBed was after that experience. The new J seats are simply out of this world. Truely amazing. Extremely comfortable, very private.
On the return, the usual SpaceBed - not bad, but nothing special anymore. And the 747s are really getting old. In fact, I have just rerouted my next two SIN trips via ZRH and MXP, as it is certainly worth it to pay the price premium for the new seats.

in addition to that, SQ378 to MXP on WED, FRI and SUN
It appears that SQ 325 will be operated by the 777-300ER with the new seat configuration starting 18th March, on Sun, Wed, Friday. It will be operated by the 747-400 on the other days.
SQ 326 Sin to Fra will be operated by the 777-300ER, also starting from 18th March on Sun, Wed, Friday.
...and guess what? I'm on SQ 325 on 18 March^ ^ :D :D

Do we have to pay surcharge on a CRTW ticket on 777-300ER new seat?
Only if ticketed after the flight has been added to the RTW rules surcharge list. If ticketed before then, no surcharge applies (unless you reissue).

I must act faster then...........
Thank you.
Oh, that's nice. I guess if my SIN-AMS waitlist (ARGH) does not clear in time, the consolation of having to do a layover in FRA is getting to check out the new plane. IT BETTER BE WORTH THE HASSLE!!!!
Hi folks,
I just checked SIA website, it seems that SQ26 (2355hr flight, SIN->FRA) will still be on the old 747 in May.
Anybody has any insider news on when the SQ26 will be on 777-300ER ??

Maybe I was just lucky but when I had my last Biz RTW ticket reissued, which included ZRH-SIN on 77W, I did not have to pay the surcharge. My TA told me that the conditions of the original issue date apply which did not mention ZRH-SIN at that time.
