You've all been wonderful with my questions http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

My latest question is, how long do LH Miles&More miles last and if you do get LH FTL status, how long does it last (is it like LH Senator? I seem to have gotten the impression that it's a 2yr thing).

At the moment, I feel AN Global Rewards is one of the lesser programs within *Alliance.

Cheers,

Justin

LH bonus miles expire after three years unless you are FTL or SEN. In that case they will never expire. Your status with LH lasts 26 months from the end of the year you achieved status. That means: if you make FTL in March 2001, your status will last until February 2004!

and once you loose your status - the miles will not expire for another three years from that date on.

Plus, if you have been Senator and fail to requalify, you become FTL for the next year, so if you qualified for SEN by March 1st, 2001, your miles would expire in March 2008 (Sen status ends Feb 29th, 2004, FTL status ends Feb 28th, 2005 (if they give you 12 months instead of the regular 24 months, so I'm not sure here) plus three years...)

Perfect! This is why I love Lufthansa M&M!
