The Caribbean - Nassau, Bahamas - Check-In Time

With the new passport rules no in effect, I am wondering how long before my flight I should arrive in Nassau. I was told to arrive 3 hours before departure. Is this really necessary?

Is that *really* necessary? I've got a 6:30am departure & was thinking an hour... Is that ridiculously too short?

Your 6:30 am flight time certainly changes everything. 2 hours ahead of time may see you being one of a handful of people at the airport. 1 hour would be more than adequate for such an early morning flight out of Nassau.

Great! Thanks for the info! That is what I was hoping & expecting, but you had me scared with that 2 hours! ;) The ungodly time of day may be why the flight was so cheap, but if it saves me an hour or so sitting around, I'm good on it. Thanks again!
