Hi all,
need advice with an issue with Europcar.
Upon returning a rental car at DUS on 10/26 I drove into another car on the parking lot (I wasn't paying attention). Nothing big on both cars. We made a damage for the sake of it and nothing until today.
Today, I received a letter from Europcar asking me to pay 550€ own contribution for the repair (again nothing big on both car). The basis for the invoice is a quotation dated 1/18!
First I don't want to pay the 550€ for not event a small dent (have nothing to prove it), second what proves that no other accident occured in between and third is a quotation enough? I mean there is not even a report from an expert.
Please give me advice.
Thanks
