American Express Membership Rewards - Platinum Travel Service question

I'm thinking of getting the plat card - trying to figure if it's worth it to me for the upcoming year. I have a couple of questions:

1)If you book multiple rooms for family members using your card do they all recieve the breakfast/upgrade/amenity?

2)If Four Seasons (for example) has a "pay for 2 nights, stay for 3" or similar rate available, is PTS able to book that rate and take advantage of the promotion?

1) Save the $395.00 and find a good Virtuoso agent to book your hotel rooms. You can have unlimited number of reservations

2) Some hotels offer flexibility. I think FS Punta Mita will honor FHR on the stay 5 pay 4 promo, but most AX agents probably won't follow it up. It depends on the hotel
