LatinPass/GlobalPass - Latinpass statements

Does anybody know with what frequency Latinpass issues statements?
I joined late Jan/early Feb this year, had some account activity late March and again this month. Some of the transactions (both from March and June) have posted. I have not yet received any statement since I joined, though.

The member guide claims:

A statement and newsletter will be sent bi-monthly with flight activity, or semi-annually if no flight activity occurs.

I called Latinpass yesterday about statements.

They said in mid July, after the promotion is over, they would send out statements.
