MilesBuzz! - HOW TO CONSOLIDATE MILES

Help Y'all!!

I have about 4K miles on NW and about 3K on CO...is there a way I can transfer these miles to Alaska Airlines? Since I have a large number of miles on Alaska and they all appear to be partners? I prefer to keep all in once place since I don't ever fly CO or NW anymore. Thank you

I'd like to do the same with AA and BA if anyone knows how to do this.
