bmi diamond club - OT: Parking at EDI - Season Ticket?

Looks very much like I'll be needing to park my car at EDI normally from Monday through Friday to fit in with a 6 month contract I've just signed up for with a company based near Frankfurt. My clients may need me occasionally to stay over weekends and / or visit other sites from time to time in which case it might be easier not to come home, but this messes up a weekly prebooking regime. Ideally I'd like to be able to come and go as I needed, but without the steep rates for drive-up parking.

Are any of the Edinburgh FT'ers in the same or similar position and can offer any advice.

Thanks!

where are you driving from? Would it be cheaper to taxi it?

To actually answer your question :p , try getting in touch with BAA Advance - the crowd who handle pre booking over the web (and phone). They offer SuperSaver rates sometimes, you might be able to agree something with them.

I'd be coming over from Perth, so happy cabbies for sure ;) I did look at train to Edinburgh and the airport bus (17 + 5 GBP week) probably cheaper than parking but would prefer the flexibility of having the car at the airport.

What about the NCP Eastfield road.

It's only £5.60 for the first day and £5.20 for each day after that.
