Asia - Help changing VN ticket from Zuji

I purchased a HKG-SGN-HKG paper ticket on VN from Zuji.com. The problem is I'm leaving home in a week and now have to change the return date by a few days. After 24 hours Zuji hasn't answered my e-mail, and the overseas phone number on their site seems out of order (quick busy signal).
It will take two days to express me a new ticket, so I'm getting a little nervous. The fare is the same so I'm only be looking at a change fee. Should I forget Zuji and just call VN directly? Must they send me a new ticket? Since the outbound is OK it would be far more convenient if I could just pick up the new return ticket at the VN counter in HKG. I guess if all else fails I'll end up eating the return portion and buy a new one-way when I get to SGN.

I would call VN airlines in Saigon now. My guess is they might just change the date there and then. Probably no need to re-issue the ticket or apply a sticker.
Actually I have never had to pay a fee when changing a return date with Vietnam Airlines - but I suppose it depends on the fare rules and I've never used them to HKG. If they can't help you by phone, then I would just go on your existing ticket without disturbing it although I suppose you could try again at the airport counter. When you arrive in Saigon, go in person to their office (corner of Nguyen Hue and Le Thanh Ton - pretty much in the centre of Saigon) and try again.
You might find www.seatcounter.com useful for checking availability - though its results are not conclusive either way.
Their Saigon's office number is: +84 8 832 0320.

Thanks. I'll give them a call tonight. I've been to that office and will be staying within walking distance.

I similarly was able to change a VN ticket (purchased on Expedia US) by going into the Saigon office. There was no fee for the date only change on one ticket and no fee (other than class of service fare difference) for the other change (which was an upgrade to first). They said they only sell Y class outside VN, so you've probably got a fully changeable ticket.
