What does the "plus" signify ?

Additional card for the primary cardholder with a separate invoice, e.g. for business expenses.

The "plus" card can be debited from a different bank account than your primary card. Used to be called "additional card" ("A.C." after your name), but was from the same invoice.

In addtion, it seems this Centurion Plus card is only available in Germany (as well as the possibility of having it billed to a different bank account)...

Would the second cardholder, with a separate invoice, get to deposit MR points into a separate account?

the AC or + card is only for the cardholder to have business and private expenses seperated.

only the cardholder can accrue MR points

Use the AC as a back-up. It's available in Switzerland too but it can't be billed to a different a/c. Just shows up seperatly on the statements.
