American Express Membership Rewards - NWA World Club membership vs. AMX PLAT.

My wife is plat with NWA and I have a world Club membership-NWA----we are thinking about getting the AMX plat. The fee is (I think) $395 for the AMX plat and the fee for a one year spouse NWA World Club membership is ($130 I have a membership and I also have a business AMX plat-makes no sense I know, long story).

Just wondering what OTHER benefits then the Airport Clubs are out there for the AMX plat.?

If you are asking what additional benefits are provided by a Personal Platinum charge card versus the Business version of the same card, primarily points for shopping at Neiman Marcus/Bergdorf and Saks Fifth Avenue with the Platinum Card instead of their own store cards. Otherwise they are substantially similar, including the same lounge access.

It includes travel insurance and car rental program midtier, as well as PTS, Fine Resorts and Hotels and concierge. With a club membership already, it's probably not worth it unless you travel a LOT.
