American Express Membership Rewards - An MR Bonus for Upgrade from Green?

I am a Green card member and I am wondering if anyone knows of any MR bonuses for upgrading to Gold or Platinum?

Sometimes there are bonuses for upgrades to Plat, but I think they are targeted. Try doing a search.

I upgraded a Green card to Gold Rewards Plus a month ago and received a bonus of 10,000 MR points plus first year free. I had received an email offer, but inadvertedly deleted it. When I called they asked if I remembered the promo code and I said no. They gave me everything anyway, so calling is definitely worth a try,
