I stayed at the Hilton Antwerp recently, booking it through a package operator and paying the extra for the Hilton
Great hotel, btw !
However, I didn't get any credit for the stay on my HH account, and queried it using the on-line form. Here is the e-mail back:
"Hi nollag
We received a request for a missing stay on 30-DEC-2006 - 01-JAN-2007 @ The Hilton Antwerp. However, the credit would not apply to the account by the reservation being booked under a package rate. In order for the credit to apply to the account you will make reservation on any Hilton family website. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
