Hi,

this morning I checked out of the Hilton in Toronto. I stayed there with other people for 4 night. I had 3 rooms under my name and my Hilton HHonors gold account number on file for each room.

At check out I chose to pay by using a different credit card for each room (I am still young and I do not have high spending limits on my credit cards). They gave me three separate bills. I just made sure that they all reported the correct amount and left.

Once I got back home, I had a better look at the bills. All three report the appropriate reservation number (different for each room) but only two report my name and my HH account number.

The third one just reports the name of one of the guests and no address.

Since I thought this was an error, I called the HH call center. I was told that it is only possible to earn miles and points from a maximum of 2 rooms per stay.

Can anyone confirm this?

Is this the reason why the thid bill does not report my name, address and HH #?

thanks a lot!

From the terms and conditions, #4 under how to get points:

You may earn Base point credit for up to two rooms per stay, if all eligible charges for both rooms are paid on one folio.
