Hilton HHonors - Online Statements Screwed Up?

I just logged in to my account to print out my most recent statement as I need it for a status match. Well, I am sure that I won't get a status match with this statement!! I had 23 stays, 75 nights and over 124K base points in 2006. But, every single statement that I can access displays:
Beginning Balance: 5283
Points Earned: 0
Points Redeemed: 80,000
Current Balance: -74,717
I'm sure that I can get an accurate statement by contacting the Diamond Desk, but what a pain.

my online statements never worked, but the 'list everything' function displays all the earnings and deductions properly. No idea why, but for the entire year my online statement would show -17k points :rolleyes:

wow. i never paid attention to this function, but upon checking now, i see my online statement shows a balance of 2k pts, when i really have over 300k.

How does one determine if the Current Point Balance on the profile is accurate? Does anyone have experience or recommendations? I used to think I could rely on the HHonors information supplied online, but over the past couple of months I have been proven wrong, even after confirming the information with CSR’s, and I have become doubtful. I have to question the validity of the Current Point Balance as I have been told and observed that the Qualifying Stays Completed and all visible Statements are terribly wrong (I have and have had negative 100,000+ points for many months according to the Statement, not profile information).
I was told by the HHonors desk to manually sum the hotel stay point information with the non-hotel activity information and deduct redemptions. This formula doesn’t work as I need to add the balance I started the period with, and I realize now that the January 2006 print from the VIP Tier page does not have the date on it that I ran the query, nor a way to compare which stays were pending at the time.
What do you do to stay on top of your HHonors account, besides manually count and add points and stays? MileTracker depends on the HHonors site data, so I use it to confirm stays have been logged, but current points are now in question.

I've never looked at it either (until now). It's dated Dec 06 and it's actually accurate... as of Oct 05.

So, I got an email last week responding to my question about incorrect statements online:
Thank you for your e-mail.
Your current account balance is 204,096, which may also be viewed online at
www.hiltonfamily.com using your account number and PIN. You may also view
up-to-date reward options, redeem for hotel rewards or purchase points online
for a future reward.
I have requested a corrected statement be delivered to the address on your
profile. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery.
Please contact us should you require any additional assistance with your HHonors
account.
That is great and all - but I would like to be able to print it out from an online site so I don't have to wait 3 weeks for a statement...OH WELL, yet another issue with hilton.com...
