Hilton HHonors - Moline, IL -- New Hampton?

There used to be a Moline, IL, Hampton which wasn't very good and is now a Quality Inn. While checking for a Quad Cities hotel the following came up:

Hampton Inn & Suites Moline-Quad City Int'l Aprt, IL

Does anybody know if this is a brand new hotel or if it was something before it became the Hampton?

Considering staying here in June.

When I called a month ago or so I was told this is a new building...but you might as well call and double check if it is important to you. I'm just glad that there is a Hilton property in the quad cities now.
