I have just had 5,000 miles removed by KLM. This appears to relate to the over credit of the ITB credits that some members received. Did anyone else notice this?

I had 2500 miles disappear off the totals on my account overnight.

Same for me. 2500 miles deducted yesterday. They were credited some 2 months ago, why I don't know.

I just lost 5,000 aswell. Although i shouldnt have as i earned them http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/frown.gif Is it worth complaing and waiting weeks and weeks for an answer about?

I have lost these points as well. Funny (or sad) thing is that now they want me to fly 950 miles or 28 one ways before 31 Dec 2003 to get/remain platinum elite status. I just barely reached the status in December and according to the website I still am plat. Now I wonder what kind of card I will recieve...

Maybe burning miles like crazy in December would stop them taking away what you dont have ! its like giving a kid an ice cream and then taking it off them.

2500 miles deducted off the totals in my account, but no actual entry has appeared yet.
It did take them 10 days to properly credit them to my account, after my account suddenly showed a 10000 point increase in balance with no corresponding entry.

I undestood you retained your 2003 Status until Feb 2005 no matter what miles you flew under the deal they emailed members about in December?
