I know we've discussed various calls and emails of thanks from the properties where we stay, but I couldn't find the one I wanted via search. So, forgive this redundant post.
I occasionally get a thank you email after a stay. I occasionally get a welcome email before a stay. I occasionally get a desk clerk call as I'm settling in. Yesterday I got a thank you, hows your stay been call 4 days into a 5 night stay, about 8:00 PM. The woman identified herself by name and said whe was the night manager. She wanted to make sure I hadn't experienced any problems. I told her everything was fine, I appreciated the welcome gift and was pleased that someone had even replaced a blown lightbulb during my stay.
I stayed about 25-30 nights at this property over the last year. I have communicated both delight and disappointment with this ES to the Diamond Desk, but it's been 6 months since I've done either.
Anyone else getting these mid-stay calls?
